Myths

PERSEPHONE: Daughter of Zeus and Demeter. She was the goddess of spring bounty, but was taken to the underworld by Haides, and captured. She had eaten Haides pomegranate seeds which forced her to stay in the underworld for part of the year which marks the time of winter when the bountiful plants die down, but come back when spring is in season when Persephone returns from the underoworld.

  1. I think your middle photo is the strongest one. In comparison to the other ones, it is the most intriguing, when being compared to rising from the underworld, i think that one is the most aesthetically pleasing.
    The pinecone in the background though, is distracting, along with the color in her fingernails, just something to look at!
